Meet the team
I graduated from the Veterinary Univeristy in Brno, Czech Republic in 2003. After completing an internship in small animal surgery and orthopaedics at the University of Utrecht, Netherlands I developed a special interest in fracture treatment and joint replacement. In 2006 I gained a PhD in small animal dentistry and oral surgery. I am still involved with my home university where I still give lectures as an external specialist for clinical anatomy.
In my free time I enjoy running and reading. I have been with Broadstairs Companion Care since 2007, and in 2009 Head Nurse, Tineka Lashmar and I were delighted to become partners in the practice. Our team here is dedicated to giving pets the best care we can. We look forward to welcoming you soon.

We welcome back Lucinda to our team following a short time away gaining further experience in the veterinary field. Lucinda is looking forward to resuming her physiotherapy clinics - welcoming old and new pets aiding their recovery following surgery. Lucinda enjoys keeping fit , horse riding and swimming.
I joined the surgery in 2014 after gaining a degree at the University of Birmingham. I am thoroughly enjoying my training, learning new skills and giving lots of cuddles , and have even managed to fit in getting married last year(2016). I have an adorable pet cat called Tatty who I have had since a kitten.
I qualified in the summer of 2017 and had an amazing presentation ceremony at London Zoo. I enjoy paddle boarding and yoga in my spare time.
